The location is absolutely brilliant! Just a short bus ride into the nearby town and close to lots of jaw-dropping places for days out. The views from the top of the hill were mind-blowing, especially from the Heights hotel. The house itself has lots of space, perfect for a family of 6 and 2 dogs. The addition of games and jigsaws was super for any rainy afternoons. The whole place felt very homely and the owner was extremely friendly and quick to answer any questions. The cookies left out for us were a nice touch, along with the tea and coffee provided. The front room and dining room were spacious and well set out. The pictures on the website really don't do it justice. This beautiful home was spotless and we cannot wait to return. The owner's EXCELLENT communication and the convenient location close to Chesil Beach and amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. The large comfortable rooms were perfect for a relaxing getaway. It's great that pets are allowed, and we also appreciated the free parking and Wi-Fi. a fantastic stay and highly recommended for its location and amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at Database Pros in Portland. Our family of six and two dogs found plenty of space in this homely and spacious house. The front room and dining room were well set out, and the pictures on the website didn't do justice to the beautiful atmosphere. The location was brilliant, with easy access to Weymouth and stunning views from the top of the nearby hill. The owner was friendly and quick to respond to any enquiries, and the added touch of cookies left out for us was a lovely gesture. The large, comfortable rooms and the availability of games and jigsaws made our rainy afternoons enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel for its location and hospitality.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is brilliant, with easy access to nearby attractions and stunning views from the top of the hill. the spacious rooms were perfect for our family of six and two dogs. the addition of games and jigsaws kept us entertained during rainy afternoons.
The lack of a fence or barrier in the rear yard made it less dog-friendly for pets that need to go out frequently.

My recent stay at Cornerstone in Portland was fantastic! The location was brilliant, with easy access to Chesil Beach and various local attractions. The villa itself was beautiful and spotlessly clean, providing large comfortable rooms that were perfect for our family of six and two dogs. The owner was incredibly friendly and the communication was excellent throughout. I also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of cookies and tea/coffee upon arrival, which was a nice touch after a long journey. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, cleanliness, and hospitality.

Free parking, big and comfortable rooms, lovely terrace. Wifi and private parking, so I don't have to mingle with the common folks. Towels provided, so I don't have to bring my own.
Shower could have been warmer, but hey, who needs to be warm and cozy?

Free WiFi: I must say, the WiFi here was like a lifeline in the modern age - fast, reliable, and so easy to connect to. It was like finding a hidden treasure chest filled with cat videos and social media updates whenever I needed them. Absolutely loved it!
Warmer shower: The only downside I can think of is that the shower could have been a bit warmer. But hey, even with a shower that didn't quite heat up like a volcano, my stay was still absolutely lovely.

Easter weekend at this hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short distance from Weymouth and surrounded by numerous day trip options. The views from the nearby hill were absolutely breathtaking! There was plenty of space in the house for my family of 6 and our 2 dogs. We especially appreciated the added touch of games and jigsaws, which kept us entertained during the occasional rainy afternoon.-Communication with the owner was quick and efficient, and they were very accommodating with any inquiries we had before and during our stay. The cookies left out for us were a delightful treat, and we felt right at home in the cozy atmosphere of the house.
The limited parking options. The space at the back of the house was quite tricky to maneuver into, and finding a spot on the free car park was challenging after being out all day.
